Rent is to high From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived there a year ago. First of all they went up on the rent. Second of all my car got broke in and the people in the office didn't seem to care. Third of all how they expect us to pay that high a$$ rent and when company come over they have to park on the damn street, cause if they even think about parking inside they will get towed. My rent went from 750 to 815. Then I was on the third floor. I don't think so
