I've been living at the Concord for only a few months. My experiences so far has been alarming. I would assume that considering the price of the rent that the mgmt. company/leasing office is on their job. NOT!!! On top of the high rent, you have to pay for water, trash pick-up and pest control. The water price is based on what they feel you've used that month, trash pick-up that you pick up and take out. Pest control-that if you don't ask for you don't get. And sometimes not even then...And the leasing office staff just say..Oh! I forgot to put you on the list. Well, if I'm paying for it every month whether I have pest or not...Guess what' I want it every month! If they go as far as having your guests to park on the dang street. You would think a light bulb would have went off in somebody head and gave the tenants assigned parking. I'm tired of parking where I can't even glimpse at my car to see if I become the next victim of having my car put on bricks. Dang! I wish I would have signed a 7 month lease!!!
