been here about 8 months, and i've had a bunch of problems since i got here.
parking is extremely bad, there is a wooden fence where you or guests can park but if you live far from the fence you have to walk roughly a city block to get to your apartment which can be bad at night. the apartments next door harbor a bunch people that like to blair their music. the grounds are nothing great, i got in trouble for parking on open grassy area within the apartment gates because there was no parking i had spent about 30 min. circling the entire complex at 2:00am looking for a space then parked there out of despiration, and i paid 30$ for a parking sticker i cant even use' No pool here, No pests. The one staff lady caselle was a pain in the ass to deal with. over all if you're a single guy with guns this place is ok for you but if you have a spouse and/or family... Go elsewhere P.S. some guy threatened to kill me and my family he lived in the apt right below us, i had to invest in a 12 ga. for the house and a 38 special for the car. Need more reason not to live here' check it:
