I lived at Concord for a year (Aug.2007-2008) and would NOT recommend this complex to anyone. In the time I was at the Concord, a deputy was shot and killed right in front of my building, my next-door neighbors were held up at gunpoint and forced into a car to get money from an ATM, a friend in another building was shot at through his window on the 3rd floor, multiple friends had their cars broken in and vandalized, another friend witnessed a drug deal, and the entrance gate was broken 90% of the time. If you want to endanger yourself and your family, the Concord is for you!

Yeap its true, i lived in the apartment building next to the young deputy that was shot and killed over giving a man his paycheck. It was terrible. And the people that were forced to go to the ATM at gunpoint were my classmates at school. The front office has its on and off times...mostly off...and rude...big apt, cheap price, but the complex got wayyyyy too dangerous within a short amount of time. I had to move. If it was between my life and living in a smaller apt, i'm going to choose to live.
