I lived here from July 2007 to September 2007. When I first moved in, I loved it here. The people seemed friendly and everything was great. After just three months of living there, we were robbed. Someone broke in when we left for church Sunday morning. My boyfriend and I concluded that someone had to be watching when we left and decided to make their move. There were always people passing by and looking in our apartment( I only opened the kitchen blinds) and kids were always hanging out on the staircase.There were actually kids out on the stairs when we were leaving for church the morning we got robbed. When we got back and found out that we had been robbed, the kids that we ALWAYS hanging out on the staircase claimed to not have seen anything. I can't say much about the older adults because they actually kept to themselves, but you should definitely look out for those kids, teenagers and older thug wannabes. Maintenance was awesome. The apartment itself was awesome. The staff was "ok." There was one leasing agent there with an ugly attitude, but we didn't have to deal with her much.
