Quickly declining in quality

We are ready to move on. Cooper Creek was nice when first built but had fallen dramatically in the last 5 years. A number of units have been closed to renters due to excessive mold and damage. Maintanence is reactive rather then proactive. Repairs are cosmetic at best. Management is unresponsive to requests for service.
