Copper Creek Apartments

We're so happy here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   First of all, people: don't read old reviews!! My husband and I moved to Houston in February/2005 and didn't know a thing about the city, which is kinda scary when you have to find a good place to live. We started searching for an apartment well in advanced and found this website (so helpful by the way). I noticed the reviews about Copper Creek and were horrible, but since they offered a very very veeery good deal we decided to stay here for 6 months while we get to know the city and find another apartment (after all we were in a budget and had only 3 days to find a place). Our 6 months are up and I have to say that this is NOT what I expected. The people here is so nice, including the staff. They got our townhome ready in 1 day!, they even stayed late and let us move in that same day (and didnt' charge for it). We had some details that needed to be taken care of, but they did really fast. Every time we needed something they were here the next day, even for just a battery for the smoke detector! We've never heard of any break-ins, there's no noise and no parking problems AT ALL; I always find at least 3 spots available when I come in here, and they're right in front of my apartment!! almost no need to walk! Our only concern was that, since we got a great deal when we moved in 6 months ago, we knew that our lease was gonna go up, it is almost impossible to keep a so-low rent price, but we were also surprised when they offer the next renewal, we're gonna be able to keep the same great price! The property is not new, it has its faults, but the staff is always right there to take care of everything. In our townhome we have a big living room, big bedroom, huge closet and bathroom, and lots of storage space. I'm so happy here and of course I recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're new in the city and don't know where to start. This is a great area (Champions) and you can find almost everything you need without gettin on a highway (except for the Astros games, hahaha) Love it here and I recommend it to everybody.
