I have lived here for a few months and there is good and bad. As for the managment i would say they are great they are qick to get you in and keep you pleased. I called the office to get something fixed and it was fixed the next day..even with one of there guys on vacation. As for the pools I agree with some of the reviwes they need to get them fixed the lights are not working in the main pool put Its clean most of the time. There isnt much noise in my area and i feel safe for the most part. There are some shady ppl that live near me but they at least keep to themselves and i have a cop that lives right by me. I will have to see how well they do over the next 6 months..I will be talking to them again to get something fixed so i will see if they change but i dout it. The shower head's are low but i am a tall person i can get past that. The bad thing about the apt is that they are old and they have aged but still worth the price.

This sounds like the most realistice review of these apartments. I was interested in moving here and was a bit reluctant after reading how EVERY bad review had a retaliation by a good reviewer painting the most unrealistic view of an apt in this price range. I know the apt isn't perfect so lying only makes me mistrust these good reviews. The bad reviews seem more like rants so I can't give them much credit either. As I do with all apts, I will visit on a weekend evening when management is off work and speak with residents who actually LIVE there to get their opinion. Thank you for posting this honest review.
