do not move here. my husband and i used to be really happy here until we realized that popular tenants meant more than good business and common courtesy. we have been living here now for almost 3 years and for what we are paying we are not seeing anything being done about our complaints. our sliding glass door was busted by someone throwing a rock we had to leave our cat locked in our bathroom all day and night and my daughter (18 months) couldn't go in socks or barefoot. the office said they would look it up but so far we have found out nothing. we have been in a battle for months with our neighbors that share our back wall and there bass. they bass there system all day and all night so loud we can feel it. my daughter is at the age to where she barely sleeps as is, not to be awakened in the middle of the night by their obnoxious noise. we have come to the office with this multiple only to be told we need more proof and they are working on it. it is funny if this was us or anyone else we would have been out quicker than we could blink an eye, but someone how there hands are tied with this situation' we are tired of it and were once happy here but now we cannot wait to move out. it has gotten to the point that we are threatening legal action we are so upset. so please for the price do not move here if you want peace and quiet and respect.

You should file a complant with the Houston apartment association then with the TAA. We lived there a couple of years ago and that is what we did. They fixed the problem immediately once we told them that we were going to contact them. We still contacted them anyway because it should not take that to get your issues solved.

Management here. There is no proof that a rock broke that patio door. We found no rock, or anything else that could have done that damage. It was very suspicious. On top of that, it was fixed the exact same day. As far as the noise complaints, we have spoken to the residents who supposedly play their music too loud. We also spoke to the constables and they claim the music wasn't loud or it wasn't even on at all every time they've been called out. The noise complaints are always made within normal hours (It would be different if it was after midnight or nine on a school night), but the noise complaints are always called in at around seven or eight at night. As management, we cannot do much about people playing their music. They are perfectly within their right to play music, as are you. Everyone should be able to enjoy where they live without constantly feeling as though they're walking on egg shells. I'm sorry you're not happy here but I'm afraid you're going to find the same situation wherever you go. People play music and unfortunately you're going to have to work to get along with neighbors no matter what apartment complex you move to. In the office, we strive to provide great customer service to every one of our tenants. We don't consider any of our residents 'the most popular'. We treat all of our residents equally and we try to be consistent with everyone here at Copper Creek. You have been a great tenant here at Copper Creek and we want to make you happy. Come into the office and we can discuss your options as far as your satisfaction is concerned. We value you as a resident and hope you remain here as one of our valued tenants.

Great rebuttal Mr. (or Mrs.) Manager! Note to residents anywhere: If a rock broke your window, file a police report and apartment complexes will fix a broken window anytime. As far as your kid not being able to walk without shoes on - VACUUM THE FREAKIN' CARPET! You live in an APARTMENT - not a flippin Hotel! If it was a house who would you have waited on to clean it up for you? Come on people!
