They are an okay apartment complex. I would have moved somewhere else. Make sure you get renters insurance because if something happens in the apartment they have no sympathy towards you. We where never late on our rent or had any problems. My kitchen caught fire through the stove and since we didn't have insurance they opted for us to pay for the replacement stove when it wasn't even our fault. It took us almost 3 months for us to get our deposit back. Both of my toilets stayed stopped up for almost 4 months. They promised to put a gate on our fence and they never did. Then had the nerve to get mad at me when I kept asking for it. I had my radio on one evening and someone had the nerve to call the cops on us and it wasn't even after 9:00!!! There is alot of old people that stay there so think that they run the place since they've been there for 50 years!!! My neighbors truck was stolen and it was used in a robbery. Don't move here!!!

If your stove catches fire, how is that the apartment complex's fault? That's what renter's insurance is for. And how do you expect to get a deposit back when you still live there? Some of these comments are hilarious. How much money do you owe?

The stove catching fire is not the apartments responsibility. Also, I've lived in these apartments for 7 years and I have never noticed a ton of old people living there.....
