this place is awful. i have lived there 3 years and i should have moved sooner. the management has changed at least 4 times since i have been there. the pool has been closed for 2 years, with the promise that it will be open next week. the back parking lot floods when it sprinkles. the parking lot has so many pothole that you cant aviod them with your car. the person behind ours plays their music loud 24-7 where our apartment vibrates, and the management tells us to deal with it. there has been a fire and a murder and numerous break in's since i have lived there. when you call to report a maintance probelm, they take days and sometimes weeks to come and fix the issue. i had a pipe burst 3 times when i lived there, one occasion i waited for 3 hours for someone to come and fix it. they would not turn the water off b/c it would disrupt the other occupants, but it was ok that water was flowing out of the pipes. when they patched the ceiling, it looks like a 3 year old did it.
i should go on, but i am done.
