Hot Water

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Several months ago they replaced the hot water heater.
When the hot water arrives at your apt. it is less than
100 degrees (about 97) and sometimes it is only about 75 degrees.
It doesn't matter whether it is 3am or 3pm.
The office just smiles and says they will have it checked.
