Me and my friend toured these apartments last week they looked like the PROJECTS!! The outside before you go into the gate is really nice but when those gates open and you walk through ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!! They have these screens over each balcony. WHY''' The screens are torn, ripped and disrespected! The residents had dead dried up plants on the balconies. There was water in the parking lot .....Why' Because the pool had overflowed and there were children playing in it!! If you have any class and give anything about where you live you would NEVER MOVE HERE!!

I agree that the outside of some of the apartments need some work, but the new management is working to improve the appearance. However, there is more than just appearance to consider. When I rent a place, I find the crime stats for an apartment complex. These are available through HPD and the Harris County Sheriff's office. There are several "nicer looking" apts. around this area but they have many more burglaries, car thefts, and domestic disturbances than this complex. I would not live in a better looking complex at the risk of my own safety.
