They have very good layouts and pricing for the size. However their rules are extremely strict, especially on pets. You are allowed ONE pet. ONE as in ONE fish, ONE gerbil what have you. It was a tad ridiculous. We were the first people to live in that apartment in May 2003. We had tons of problems with roof leaks (third story apartment) that had to be fixed several times. I think who the contractor was do a very poor job. They apartments look nice but I'm pretty sure their construction and facade are not going to hold up in the long term. They were just too cheaply constructed.

Also, the speed bumps were over the top. They had problems with people speeding through the parking lots so they put in larger speed bumps in 2003. They were so big that I had to go down the middle of two speed bumps to keep from scraping the bottom of my car (Ford Escort that was not lowered in any way). My husband's shocks on his 4Runner were ruined by these speed bumps. They constantly had an excuse to come into my apartment without hardly any notice. I felt like I had no privacy because they might need to come in at any minute. I'm pretty sure most of the reasons they made up to come into the apartments were bs. The main problem was management and how strict they were. They parking was also bad and some nights I had to park on the complete opposite side of the compex (it's a huge compex) and it'd be the very last space left in the whole place!
