My relatives live there now and the apartments are brand new. This may be the reason you had problems with getting certain things done because brand new places like cars can still have issues even though they are new. So I think this is what the problem was, also the staff was new. I have only heard good things from many I know that are co-workers, and relatives. We are moving in at the end of the month. Sorry things did not work out for you.
