New staffs need to change attitude!

When we moved here we gave a month notice to move in but when I got there nothing was ready. Even I paid every single dollar, we had to wait a week to get in. Even a week later, apartment was still too dirty and wasn't even ready. Part was missing and still need to fix a lot of things. Bathroom was started lick and floor was wet all the time. mold was growing. I had to talked staffs to send guy but didn't show up for a month. We had to tell them 3times. we told new staffs and it didn't work. We had to tell the manager.
AC is always not working(more than 5times). I had to call so many times. When we called leasing office, new lady( her name is Jennifer or Jessica or something) answered phone and told us she doesn't really help us and maintenance never show up so we had to call manager again to request same problems! What is the points they hire people who doesn't help and their job'
When we went to office to talk to staff, they were just sitting around, talkin and joking around while 3 other people and I were waiting in the office. There is blonde girl she was making this rude face and i told them what i need but her attitude was very rude.
When we stopped by firsttime, there was guy(I believe his name was Daniel or something) who worked there. He was very very nice and helpful but this 2 new ladies they need to change attitude and help more peoples while they just playin around.
I am not sure i want to leave longer than my contract in this apartment.
