THEY MAKE PROMISES AND THEN RENEG. SEEMS THERE ARE CONSTANT BOILER PROBLEMS, NO HOT WATER. SOMETIMES NO WATER AT ALL. DOGS, AT TIMES ARE IN THE POOL, MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE, A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. DOGS ALWAYS SEEM TO BE BARKING.

I have lived at the Courts at West University for 3 years now. I found a place to live that would take my dogs, the management here has always been so accomidating and helpful. I understand that it is an older property and there are going to be things that break, luckily they are always very quick to getting them fixed. I enjoy living here very much and I do not know why someone would write something like that.

I agree with jayjay, I have lived here for 2 years now and love it. I don't even have pets but The Courts are very accomodating as I can see to all animals. As for boiler problems, never had them. If anything has ever gone wrong here, the staff is so quick to fix it. Thanks so much to Charles and Carlos!!! I have lived in apartments for years and never stayed at one longer than 8 months until this place. Thanks Courts!!
