I moved in originally when Management was different. It was great for the first 6 months, but then everything changed. Like someone else said, there is almost no water pressure. Also, once again, the customer service and maintenance are pretty poor (at best). The apartments are getting pricey too. The complex is trying to jack rents up to levels of newer and nicer apartment complexes.

Now with the positives - most of the people that live here are great, but I don't see how long they will stay.

Suggestions - look at some of the nicer apartments and try to get in when the are running a special. It might only be another $50 for an apartment with a washer and dryer.
