I recently moved to Houston from Arizona and luckily was familiar with the Clear Lake area prior to moving. The Cove Apartments are great! I was arrided with the area as I never once felt unsafe. I scarcely heard any noise as I lived on the top corner apartment. I paid 450$ a month for a one bedroom. It wasn't the greatest looking (it's no Hilton), but it beats 750$ a month for other places in the area. Face it, rent is just throwing away your money. The service was top notch. When I had a maintenance problem or pest control problem, it was usually dealt with in one or two days. I only wish I would have had a balcony, a washer/dryer, and more storage space. So, to review, safe, quiet, cheap, and fast friendly service. What more could you want' Live at the COVE!

the apartment might be cheap but when they don't fix your ac your electric bill won't be, because of their crappy maintence we had over a $300 electric bill

That apartment is not much cheaper than other apartments in the area. My AC went out 4 times, they lied and said that I had a new compressor. We had a rat infestation, and they over charged us on the deposit. We are currently in litigation.
They have been reported to the Harris County Department of Health and the BBB.
Stay Away!
