This place just overall sucks...
-we were told our apartment was def a downstairs one, get the key and go to move in it's upstairs
-my husbands truck was BROKEN INTO 3 times, one time they stole my whole purse, $100 fishing poles, and a $300 cowboy hat!!
-we moved in and were told we didn't have to pay water, 2 months later we get a water bill, and they say yes you have to pay it
-they tore down our stairs without notice, so I had no way to take the dog out
-they say no aggressive breeds and there are a ton of pit bulls here
-they painted the outside of the buildings, fine but they used latters to come on our back balcony without asking, in the process of painting they ruined my husbands $500 blanket he got over seas that we had back there til we could wash it
-they said they have industrial sized washers.. think again, they dryers are bigger than the washers
-the metal part on some of the stairs was painted making it extremly slick, i've almost fallen several times and i'm six months pregnant, not good
-our AC has gone out 4 times, we got a new unit and it still doesn't work, we call maintence and they take forever to get out here, if it's raining they won't come at all
-the pool is almost always dirty
-ROACHES all over, we're upstairs and have them.. and fire ants, and we can't get rid of them
-the traffic noise from bay area is the worst
-the gate doesn't work... the dog has found ways out of it, so if he can get out, preditors can get in...
-walk out the front door to find someone welding
-hot water has been turned off without notice for over 8 hours, and WATER was off nearly all day without notice
I could go on but I'll just leave it at that

I wish I would have read your review before I moved in, and everyone else's - you're all correct, this place SUCKS!! I can't wait to move out of here!!
