Big Mistake From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The only good thing that came out of living in this apartment complex was the fact that I met my finace here. We moved out. First of all, the management is a joke. Unless you are interested in renting apartment they feel that you don't deserve any kind of respect or any amount of their time. Be prepared to wait if you have to go to the office for a question. you'll be waiting for a while because there's hardly anyone in the office. One time I was the only one in there but I had to stand around for five minutes while the woman in the office finished what she was doing before she even spoke to me. It might make more sense to call them, but that doesn't do any good. If you simply call the office for a work order, it will do no good. You have to go down there and watch them fill one out, and even then I cannot guarantee it will be passed on to the maintenance staff. I had a leak in my roof for months making water spots on my ceiling and eventually, the ceiling started caving in. When they finally came to answer my work request, all they did was PAINT over it. When I moved out, it looked like one more good rain and that baby was going to fall in. The maintenance staff was understaffed and overworked. I don't entirely blame them, but they weren't entirely qualified to be repairing things. Also, numerous times the water was shut off during the day, and always on days I was home. With no notice. I had to drive to Pearland to my parents' to shower one time. Three months after I moved out, and I still have not received my pet deposit back after they told me they mailed it in January, and then once again three weeks ago. I am still without my money. Please. Save yourself the frustration that will continue even after you move out.
