Cove Apartments

The Apartment complex has gone down to drains now... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   This complex was nice and calm when I moved in Dec 2004. I think it was IMT management then. After that several managements have changed and now the whole place is rotting. The only reason I am staying here is because my particular apartment location is very nice since its very close to laundry and mailbox and its also very quiet. Otherwise, the management suck. There have been several times when trash has not got picked up for several days. It takes 3 or 4 phone calls before you can get their attention for some maintenance work done. The laundry rooms are dirty most of the time and you always have more than a couple of machines which don't work. Its just sad, how things have changed.
