Cranbrook Downs sucks there dope and ho's there several murders occured there when you move out the collection agency will on your but these jerks rip people off and destroy there credit when they move out

I called the police to see if any of that kind of stuff went on here where I live before I moved in and there hadn't been any murders reported. I won't be moving for a while but when I do I will come back to this sight to let everyone know if they screwed up my credit which I doubt.

If you people would just read your lease you would see that you are unable to get out of your lease, unless you are in the military and called off to war. Not cause you bought a house or you just dont like where you live. There for if your credit got screwed up its because of you not the staff. If you left it dirty or trashed then yes you will have to pay. So go buy you some cheese to go with all this whining your doing. And its because of the new manager Courtney Martin and her staff that the property is doing better.

The response by (cutelady) must be one of the office workers because they are not that good of apt. I live at Cranbrook Downs and they are not that bad except for all the dope being sold at night and the people walking around. I have had no problems except for trying to get out of my lease (after my lease was over)! They could do alot better at night with security but over all it is a quite community to live in. OH P.S. WATCH OUT FOR ALL THE DUST MITES.....
