***Terrible Management, Terrible Security, Terrible Living Experience!!!***

The management is poorly trained, has a terrible reputation, and does not take care of its tenants. I work Monday- Friday and I am not able to see the management during the week, only on the weekend. It seems that there is always someone new of different there each time I happen to go into the office.
****Just this past Friday (04/28/06 @ 3:30AM) there was a major shoot out going on with 6 Police Cars and an Ambulance. There was One fatality that I know of and I remember seeing the paramedic giving CPR to the other person in the ambulance, hope that the person made it. But still this would have been more accepted had the Gates been fixed and working properly.****
Must say that the tenants that are living there have to have some issues. In one building there are children & adolescents that stay out till 3 am playing basketball and sitting in the stairwells. They are still out to all hours of the night and tend to walk back and forth through out the night.
I do not feel comfortable living here in this apartment any more. Since there have been more people moving into the building that I am living in, the activity outside my apartment has increaed to all hours of the night, though some nights are still quite. I can hear almost every footstep in the apartment above mine.
I was told that the New Office with the Fitness center would be finished by March, it is May and they are still not finished with the building. Wouldn't even say that it is half way finished. Still waiting...
There is still an issue with people driving around the speedbumps. I have been hit almost seven times and then the person driving around it stops and looks at me like they are going to cause harm to me.
If you have a sprint cell phone, especially do not move into this complex, There is no reception inside the apartments, I used to have to go out to the mailboxes and now I do not get any signal what so ever.
I have been reading more online reviews and it seems that MBS Management is nothing shy of money-greedy company that does not take care of it's properties. That is from reading reviews from all over the Houston area.
I am still waiting for the office staff to come and fix my new Washing machine, even with light loads it knocks against the wall and the dryer does not dry jeans completely, have to run them 2-4 times before they are completely dry. My Screen door for my patio (A small patio at that) came off during the bad storms a few weeks back and no one has come to fix it. Still waiting for someone to come and fix it. The porter (person who picks up the trash) is not doing his job properly, there is always trash ouside my building in the dirt (because there is no grass) and in the parking areas.
I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, the price is not even great... Come August I am moving to a different area, apartment, and management company. Still looking for a Roommate, would like to get a house and do away with all of this BS. If another incident happenes again I am looking to bove out sooner... Safety is a big issues and security is something that no Apartment complex is able to promise, no matter what they say it cannot be promised.
