DON'T LEASE THERE! THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO LIVE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My boyfriend was wanting to lease a one bedroom one den. He paid $99 for the move-in special. He gave them his completed application on November 31st. TWO WEEKS later his application still had not been approved, only he was told by the leasing agent that it had been & that he would be able to move on Dec. 15th. When the 15th came around, my boyfriend went to sign his lease & was unable to do so because his application was still just sitting around UNPROCESSED! He had not been contacted at all by the management & received no logical explanation as to why this took place. The leasing agent that had originally handled his application had been fired a week earlier & coud not be reached. In addition to that, they stated that it would take them about 2 more weeks before they could even get an apartment ready! They were very unprofessional & FULL OF ----!!! If you don't want to be cheated out of your money DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!
