its true you get what you pay for! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   So of course when you move here you know its a cheap apt comlex..but you think hey why not to save money..I pay 500 a month for a one bedroom..don't get me wrong the staff here are pretty polite and nice..I have lived here for 3 months and when I first moved in my apt had fleas in it which is so gross and I have no pets..it took them a week to do something about it and even after that they still weren't completly gone..oh an I have a wasps nest right by my front door which as been there since I first moved in and they say they have sprayed numerous time but somehow the nest is still there..which is quite scary for me considering I'm allergic to bees..also I have to agree with the last comment about the crime rate being really high around here I looked it up online myself an it does have numerous reports about brake ins..there is no real security considering the gate is always broken about half the time but I can't complain about noice it is a quite complex which is great..but I can't agree with the comlex having great amenities ya they do have a tennis court an a decent pool its not the best and a okay fitness center but they have no buisness center which is not a big problem for me cause I have a computer but it would still be nice..and the inside of them are just so old an crappy..carpet is old an my apt smells like smoke all the time which is gross cause I don't even smoke so all in all I will be happy to say that I have find a new apt in the heights area that I'm going to move into soon it cost a lot more but get you get what you pay for an I rather pay more than live in a dump!
