DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I had noise trouble plenty of times and management did nothing about it. when i moved out i cleaned every corner of apartment and they still charge for cleaning. The manager has no people skills what so over. I moved out after she told me that either I or my neighbor causing the noise was going to move out. So i rented an apartment the next day. I moved out when my lease was up. Now they are charging rent. I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE!! ----- and the manager just want to scam you from your money!!

The manager did inform you that either you or your neighbor had the option to move because of the "noise" complaint. You both were given that option. However you moved out and did not give a 60 day notice to vacate as required by your lease agreement. For all we knew you were just going to say and live with the "noise" problem along with your neighbors. You were never served a Non-renewal of Lease Notice by management so it was up to you to give a written Notice to Vacate. You never just move out because management tells you to, we have to give you written notice or you have to give us written notice. Read your lease agreement, there are no verbal agreements made between management and resident everything has to be in writting. The cleaning can be disputed but since there was no written notice to vacate by either management or resident you have to pay the fines.
