DO NOT BUY INTO THE LUXURY..MGT IS HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   For the Price of rent the apts themselves are lovely..it stops there...the office MGT RUDE..I called the office to report(when it was 102 degrees in July by the way) that the vent in one bedroom seemed blocked. I was told to move into the other bedroom''''''''''''''''''''''''''' what'''''''''''''''' The ditch(they call a bayou) stinks to high hellll when it rains. Security sucks.. If you call they don't answer you get a recording that tells you to call 911'' what'''''' For the price the bldg itself is good..for the service, I rather live in Section 8 housing. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
