Horrible Place to Live

I lived here for three years and this place got worse every year. I lived on the first floor and there was mold growing through the walls and all maintenance did was paint over it. My bathroom was constantly flooding from the outside and management never cared to fix it. When I moved out they told me they might charge me to replace the carpet, I told the lady to read the real estate code, since they were going have to replace the dining room floor and carpet from flood damage. Maybe if management would fix the foundation of the building they wouldnt have this problem. Another thing, is that the air conditioner is over the bathtub, and when maintenance had to replace it they left a mess and stole some the stuff in my bathtub. The paint was constantly chipping because they used cheap paint in the first place. Another thing, is when I would call to complain about the loud people in the parking lot at 3am they would just tell the people to quiet down and not doing anything about it. The parking lot constantly flooded when it rained and the gate was always broken. No wonder there were always cars getting broken into. When I finally moved out, you could tell they were justing letting more and more ghetto trash in. I love my new place ten times more then this dump. Maybe management needs to be replaced.
