What a rip off to live here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   The management is a revolving door...new hired leasing agents all the time. High electric bills...not good installation Cars broken into Apts. broken into at 3:00 in the afternoon! Shooting! My Bike was stolen from bike rack! My Hubcaps stolen from new car! Very far walk from assigned parking to your door! When we moved out they charged us for carpet damage. Yes, there was a small area 3 inches X 2 inches! I was told by one of the maintance men,"The little area only needs to be patched and stretched." However, when I move out they are charging an outrageous amount for the carpet when only a small area needed repair...they are install new carpet to the entire apartment! I have always received my deposit back from previous apartments. This is the the first place that screws me with their corporate iron fist...Bunch of jack asses work there! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
