This place has new apartment rents for an old horrible DUMP! What a joke. The model looked like a bad episode of Boggie Nights. They actually still had some horrble butcher block countertops, and the living roon was crooked and wanted over $700 per month for rent for a tiny one bedroom. I actually saw a RAT running down the sidewalk when I was looking at an apartment.

the apartments here don't have butcher block counters, and I have never seen a RAT. Its a shame that other properties have to stoop so low as to write negative reviews about this property because they don't compare. I love living here

I'm getting ready to move into this complex and saw the one bedroom model and it was beautiful, i dont know where they got the description of a bad episode of boogie nights from? It was decorated nicely and very big for a one bedroom. As for the butcher block countertops, that is not the case at all, it is an older complex, but in the heart of the galleria, you have to pay for a good place to live...I think it will be very much worth the money!
