I have written a review before, but I will say it again. I have lived at the Creole for about 12 years and I love it! I recently moved to another apt on property and after talking to a few of my neighbors, they have all done the same thing.
I think maintenance is superb and and Diane and her staff are great. No complaints from me. Of course, I would have to be an idiot to stay 12 years if I didn't like/love it. :)

I would rather live in a cardboard box under the freeway than live in the Creole Apartments. What a DUMP? Management is AWFUL!

The reviews on this property should be considered seriously. The poor reviews by previous residents are not from people who are just whining. There are serious problems with the construction, residents, crime, traffic and poor management. Just ask yourself, "Why does this property have so many complaints?" There are many properties around with much more favorable reviews. You have been warned.

this place is awful. and yes, people should take every review seriously... notice the pattern of complaints as well. such as the carpet. one guy said he even had professional come in and clean it b/c he heard of the horror stories, and they still said it wasnt good enough! there was plenty of crime here as well. robberies, even one guy coming into the complex with a gun in daylight! the entrance gate near the leasing office broke several times. and my roommmates money WAS STOLEN FROM THE DROPBOX HERE. i HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND THEY WOULDNT ALLOW HER SIDEWALK CHALK NOR HER SLIDE ON THE PATIO. DEFINITELY SOME DISCRIMINATION GOING ON HERE. ANOTHER LADY THAT WAS LIVING THERE TOLD ME SHE WAS HAVING AN ANT PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT, SAID THE ANTS ATE THROUGH SOME OF HER FURNITURE AND FOOD! THIS PLACE IS WAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED. I THINK MOST PEOPLE LIVE HERE B/C OF THE LANDSCAPING. IM NOT LIVING OUTSIDE, IM LIVING IN AN APARTMENT THAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE GREAT FOR MY DAUGHTER. I TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM TO LOWER THE PRICE OF A ONE BEDROOM, AND THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS $730- THAT'S A DEAL??? NOTHING IS UPGRADE, THE KITCHEN IS TINY AND THE MASTER BATHROOM AS WELL. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DIANNE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE TO THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED TO MY ROOMMATE, FAMILY, AND I.
