A Crying Shame From: ssanchez_76@msn.com Date posted: 12/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   These are the worst apartments to live in. Prior to GFI taking over it was Lincoln Management, and oh my goodness, Lincoln was so uch better, GFI hired a bunch of trash to work in the office, they came in making all these false promises, and ended up letting the property go down low! Trash everywhere, gates not working, and the maintenance, hell they are forever pulling used parts from apartments at other locations to fix things that go wrong! I tell ya, can't even buy parts! Yeah I would not move into this place if I were looking, because once you're here you're stuck, unless you wanna pay back any concessions! That's how they get you to come in... they post up this big sign that says $1000 off rent... yeah they do it, but God forbid you move out before your lease is up cause then you have to pay all that back, even what you have not used!
