Cresent Park Apartments

Run far, far away !!! From: dannstace Date posted: 3/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I lived at Crescent Park when I first moved to Texas from N.Y. in 1999. I've had nothing but bad experiences there. For one, there are roaches everywhere and I even had an exterminator come in twice a week but that never seemed to do the job to get rid of them. My car and my now husband's truck have been broken into on a few occasions ( so much for security), the property is always littered with trash, people are always loitering in the parking lot hanging out drinking with their car stereos blasting, a small child of about 1 yr old was left by himself in the parking lot with only a diaper on in 30 degree weather crying while I was on my way to work one morning with no adult in sight ( I called the police to check on it ). The most disturbing things that have happened is getting notices on my apartment door one stating that someone was shot in the parking lot ( please be careful ) and the other one stated that children were reporting to being molested on the property at or near the washrooms ( lock up your kids ). I'm so glad I'm gone, bought a house in a nice safe neighborhood and will never go back!!!!
