DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! From: houstonsdelsol Date posted: 12/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Parking is horrible!! 5 cars for every apt seriously. They never fixed my problem for the bathroom. Stolen cars all the time. Someone broke my balcony window, and unlocked my mailbox!! Stray cats everywhere. Garbage dumpsters are always overloaded then it surrounds it. Heated spa. haha. yea right!! it doesn't exist. they have two swimming pools only one of them is worthy to swim in. Bad ass kids looking to get into some &^%@! i left in apr 06. i got out just in time. Oh and across the way katrina vitcims burn down the bentworth and now they migrated to the stepples and crescent park. if u move there good luck!!
