Crescent Park Apartments is HELL if you are a civilized person. People you do not know will sit in front of your window and smoke pot, make lots of noise and be rude, cursing and sexual language is the conversation of the day all the time, and this goes on day and late at night. Overflowing trash bins are a common ocurance and people driving in with their music playing as loud as the speakers in a night club are a part of life on weekends. People in office are always changing and they really do not care about your concerns. They only show you a nice model apartment ad nothing else, the summers are really hell here becuase kids and adults stay outside all night and go swimming late at night while listening to the radio by the pool. A woman was killed in this property last year and two others raped six months ago, apartments always are burning down. Security is non existent, except for the undercover police that do survailance and then come back to raid the place. Human waste is comming from the pipes when it rains and it floods the walkways with human waste. This is a predominantly black community and all the good people I have met here are moving out soon or have already left, this apartment is not worth the headache, home breakins are an everyday thing, just call the westside command station off dairyashford (HPD) AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE THIS RATING. Do what you want but you have been warned. They are currently painting the complex to hide how rundown the property really is, they've tried to sell it and no serious buys would bite, dont be folled by the show apartment, come back at night time on weekends and look around, the whole area is garbage. I did not renew my lease and fled as fast as I could.

I lived there and moved away 2yrs ago.... I would nt move back there EVER!!! Bad place to leave..Unless ur use to that type of living...

this comment is not true, i 've at crescent park for 5 years, do you not pay rent and they asked you to move.. i see a big improvement.

Don't live there but have driven by a few times during the day...scary...can't imagine what it's like at night. One of my co-workers lives down the street in a condo and she says there is always something going on over there.

Sounds like management is trying to save a dump like the park they need the help lord knows that they cn only get the desperate or trash to stay here they are the reason why i can stand my current complex my complex is good but they are comen down the street to break into cars put them on blocks so i rented a garage to keep my car safe!
