I recently moved out at the begining of 2004 this property used to be a nice place except for the Goofy manager Callie and the little crack head assistant of hers, but then from what I understood a new supervisor took over in October of 2002 and then everything went downhill from there the maintanance was replaced and I do believe several other workers and what came in has been a poor lack of workmanship, and then the property has a very high rate of drug dealers, prostitutes and then just plane unthoughtfull residents that make the place a dump. I have had several problems with the assistant manager she's either too busy on the phone to acknowledge you and if she does she cant even get your name right or the apt # i have had several problems on work needed in my apartment but it was allways her that could not get the order to the maintanace staff and on one weekend I went in to make a complaint i could smell the scent of pot from her breath and noticed her trying to keep her distance. The manager is nice but very dingy and hardly has any knowledge of whats going on with the problems around her. I would not recommend this property unless they brought back the supervisor that did keep this place Nice like it used to be.
