I thought about getting an apartment there, but on my walkthrough of the apartment, one of the current renters walked out and started complaining about slugs in there bathroom! He stated that the maintenance people werent doing there job in a very firm voice. The lady (manager) that was giving me the walkthrough was embarassed, as she should have been! Anyways, I was still considering moving there, but I left a message for her to call me back one day and she never did. Thats exactly what I want, someone who cant even return the calls of a PROSPECT, to manage my living situation' Thats a big red flag! Stay away from this place, I have only heard bad things!
