Typically in Houston, the lower the rent, the more problems you have. The Crest Apts. are an exception. With experienced staff, maintenance, and grounds keeping, this is a beautiful and quiet place to hang your hat. With most of Houston in the dark after Hurricane Ike, we never lost power.
