I've stayed here for about a year and I liked it. Very convenient to all colleges, downtown, and medical center. Staff isn't that bad. They're as good as any other apartment complex. Yes, the complex does need upgrades, but upgrades mean higher rent. You get what you pay for. A college student's dream.
