Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Everything broke all the time. My neighbors would stay up SCREAMING at all hour of the night. The management is terrrrrrrible. They tried to almost double our rent two months before the end of our lease with only a week's notice.

Don't do it!!!
