I've seen better

Well, after living here almost a year I can definitely say that you'd be better to keep looking. The community has went through an ownership change since I've lived here so things have somewhat improved since we've been here.
Cons:
Pools are very rarely open.
Previous owners spent little money maintaining/repairing apartments.
My vehicle has been broken into.(since then, new management company has improved parking lot lighting.)
Lots of small children(lots of noise)
Have been waken up many times at night by loud music.
People here don't seem to understand the difference between the parking lot and a automotive shop(a lot of shadetree mechanics in the parking lot)
Water is billed unfairly.(if you have a two bedroom with only two people, expect to pay the same as someone with 5 people living in it)
Bad neighborhood

Pros:
Office staff is very friendly
Grounds are kept clean
Limited access gates(when they work)
