CLUELESS COMMONS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The management of this apartment complex changed about three times while I was living there. Each time getting worse and more clueless. Each month is a gamble whether or not your check will be applied to your apartment number or Joe Blow s next door. Don t be surprised to come home to an eviction notice when they cashed your check a week ago. Get a covered parking space and expect to tell them at least 12 times which one is yours before being towed. Nothing is kept track of. They continually threaten to fine people who don t put their trash out on designated days, but every single day there are gross piles of garbage at the bottom of every stair case. Do you like broken things to get fixed' Items were either half fixed or aren t in the budget to get fixed. Inside Apartments are ok. Nothing special. No incentives to resign a lease.
