Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
Lost my move out notice. Charged me over $800. Moved because I realized how bad the neighborhood was. Keyed cars. Nobody appeared to work.
Here's a tip: the more square feet you get for the dollar, the crappier the neighborhood. You get what you pay for.
Oh, and the apt had NO window light to speak of. Two or three small windows. Couldn't keep any plants alive. Looked out the window basically into the neighbors window. Good for peep shows. Bad for living.
