I have lived in Cypress Ridge Apts. since June 2005. If you want hot water to take a shower in, wash your dishes in or wash your clothes in...FORGET ABOUT IT! Today is 2/27/2006 and I haven't had hot water in 4 straight days. And when they say it's hot, it's lukewarm. Management could care less what problems you have as long as you have the rent check on the first of each month. No security. Lot of noise. The place is a garbage dump disguised as an apartment complex. Watch out for rodents, roaches and other two-legged type of vermin lurking at night. Living under a bridge would almost be an upgrade. "Come to Cypress Ridge Apartments-Managed by CNC Investments-and see what living in a third world country is REALLY like". This place is not a place to live. Trust me.
