Cypress Ridge Apartments

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A DUMP AS THE OTHER PERSON STATED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   THIS PERSON IS ABSOLUTLY ON THE MONEY. THIS COMPLEX IS NOT ONLY A GARBAGE DUMP, IT IS ALSO AN ABOVE GROUND SEWER SYSTEM AND A FIRE WAITING TO HAPPEN. I HAVE LIVED IN CYPRESS RIDGE SINCE JUNE OF 2005 ALSO AND HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS THAT IT IS NOT FUNNY. I HAVE NO PADDING IN MY BEDROOM AND CLOSET DUE TO THE SEWAGE BREAK THAT OCCURED 4 MONTHS AGO. MY LIGHTS ALSO FLICKER CONSTANTLY FLICKERING AND SHUTTING OFF MY WASHER AND DRYER OVER HEATING THE BREAKER BOX FOR HOURS AT A TIME. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT FIX IT AND MAINTANENCE LIES ABOUT IT. MY STOVE BURNERS ARE RUSTED OUT AND SPARK WHEN THEY DECIDE TO WORK. AND THE ONLY TIME YOU HAVE HOT WATER IS IN THE SUMMER. I GUESS THAT IS BECAUSE THE SUN HEATS THE PIPES. NO SECURITY ON PREMISES AND LOTS OF DRUG DEALERS AND CRACK HEADS HANGING AROUND. BROKE INTO MY APARTMENT AND STOLE MONEY AND KIDS TOYS
