The Dakota Lofts are NOT safe nor secure. The Building Manager, Patsy, is a absolutely horrible manager. A religious fanatic who corners people in her office to preach the bible and other right wing propoganda.
She has on occassion verbally attacked several of the tenants. She constantly bothers people about attending her church.
The owners would do well to fire her and bring in new management.

The only problems I had were dealing with an older Building, and keeping the Electric bill to under $500.00. I paid an additional $150.00 extra a month..BIG Deal!
