Pretty Nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The Dakota Lofts are nice apartment spaces for the $. It is an older building, but it is kept clean and the maintenance manager is very helpful. The management might not react that quickly, but in the end things do get done. The neighborhood is moving up and everyone in the building is quite friendly. It is a dog friendly building. All in all, my continued experience at Dakota is good. The building is very safe.
