Deerwood Apartments

NO TV From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 2 responses   I moved into Deerwood a little over one month ago and I still don't have TV connections. I didn't know before signing the lease that the central antennae provided does not receive high definition programming and a two year contract is required if you wish to have a DVR. Even though there is FCC rulings regarding the rights of tenants to have a satellite installed, I am still attempting to get management approval - even after supplying the rulings two times. Their latest offer is $500,000 liability on your Homeowners' policy plus $1,000.00 deposit. Considering the earlier review on lack of interest in returning any portion of deposits, this is not a reasonable demand. Check it out first.
