Deerwood Apartments started off being nice when I first moved there. All of sudden about 2 months later thugs started hanging out late, the access gates stay broke all the time. Someone tried to break into my car. The manager is very lazy. She dont want to fix anything

that is sooo true! this place is sooo ghetto! Everytime you go into the office they treat you like have nothing else better to do then bother them! Then they have to get up from their myspace and roll theirselves around. And god forbid them to ever answer the phone!

Ha that is funny... you must be problem residents!!! Because the staff in the office has always gone out of their way to help residents. The gates are fixed! If resident and their guest would stop pushing the gates open, then the gates would never be broken. This complex is not ghetto!! The complex has changed alot since I have been here.. they repainted the whole property, the grounds are clean, etc. If you are wanting to know the truth about an apartment complex drive through there at night... I can guarantee you that if you drive through Deerwood at night it will be pretty quit. The office staff has gotten rid of alot the bad residents.. I am guessing those other 2 are ones that are on their list to get rid of and they are mad about that.

-------- ! I dont know where ANONYMOUS 4/20/2007 lives but it cant be DEERWOOD PINES APT on MAXEY RD. because U R right this complex is a mess, It is GHETTO, the office staff is FULL of it, and to top it all off they stole my CAR.
